- Shipping & Delivery
- When your order ships, we will notify you via email with the tracking information for your shipment, so you will have a better idea of when to expect your order. Shipments will be processed within 1-2 business days of your order using one of the following shipping methods:
Purchases are shipped from our Warehouse via one of the major US shipping companies, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. If you choose our Flat-rate shipping option during checkout, your order will ship via the standard ground shipping option offered by the shipper. We currently do not ship outside the US. Sorry, we do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
- RUSH DELIVERY
If you require expedited shipping, please use the other shipping methods offered to you during the checkout process. If you have specific requests or questions, please call Customer Service at 516-247-1919.
- When you register or place an order with Zicci Bea or subscribe to receive promotional offers, we will request your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. We may use this information to contact you with any questions and/or to keep you informed about your current order. In addition, in order to better service you in the future, we will maintain a record of your purchases as a reference of your product preferences. However, as a policy, we do not share any of this information with marketers.
- Returns & Replacements
We are confident that you will love your purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable) . Please note, any items bought on our sample sale page are not returnable. All returned merchandise must be received at our Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the product at your residence.
Remember, because of the nature of the product, returned merchandise must be in brand-new, unused, unwashed, and saleable condition. All original packaging must be intact. If your return meets these criteria an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested prior to returning any products to Zicci Bea. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Items that are marked final sale may not be returned. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact our staff at (516) 247-1919. We’ll be glad to assist!
We stand behind our product 100%. After 14 days Zicci Bea cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
